- 3Delivered

No response and anyone can pay the seller.
- 4Disputed
A majority of arbiters agrees on a split.

0xAA7169B5…0945A9Three mechanisms,
no lock-in.
A majority must
propose the same split
You both approve 1 to 3 arbiters upfront. Funds move only when a majority agrees on the same split.
Permissionless timeouts
Seller disappears? The buyer is refunded. Buyer goes silent? The seller is paid. Anyone can trigger the payout.
Arbiter deadlock? 50/50.
If the arbiters cannot agree in time, the deposit splits 50/50. No panel can freeze your money.
